Curriculum Review

The workshop was convened at Egerton University between 8th and 9th June 2017 to review the curriculum of the regional MSc course in Agri-enterprise Development. The main objectives were to: 1. Appraise course achievement since its launch 2. Receive feedback from stakeholders on the course implementation 3. Reflect on context changes in the implementation landscape in order to determine needed changes 4. Review the curriculum to reflect new context and respond to feedback from implementation stakeholders 5. Propose strategies to improve implementation of revised curriculum. Students Field Trips

The Field day was held at ADC Sirikwa farm in Molo Sub County, Nakuru County. It was organized by KEPHIS in conjunction with ADC- Molo. The main focus of this field day was to improve the potato seed variety awareness among the small scale farmers in Nakuru County and its environs.According to the Ministry of Agriculture there are 52 potatoes seed varieties currently available. National Forum

The meeting was held on 12th to 13th February 2018 at Masada Hotel, Kenya. This was the first national event organized by TAGDev @ Egerton program. The event whose theme was Enhancing University- Industry linkages for Agricultural Growth and Development was in line with the TAGDev program mission of training a generation of Agleaders for Agricultural Transformation in Africa.
